Nestled in the established forest within Zimbali, this luxuriously appointed four bedroom four bathroom private villa is available for self catering holidays. The upstairs Master bedroom offers a king-size extra length bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen size extra length bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The third downstairs bedroom offers a queen size extra length bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The fourth downstairs bedroom offers two single beds (which can be pushed together) and is located across the corridor from fourth bathroom which has a shower. The two upstairs bedrooms both open onto balconies with views of the forest and golf course, both downstairs bedrooms have double doors leading onto the private deck and swimming pool. A well appointed kitchen and adjoining laundry room is available for your use, a comfortable lounge and the eight seater dining table are all open plan and lead through bifolding doors to the outdoor lounge (covered) and the outdoor dining table which are both on the deck. Sun loungers and a charcoal braai are available for your use. A four seater golf cart is in the garage and can be used to get to facilities within Zimbali, be they the Country Club, Golf Course, Hotel with its facilities, the Bushbuck Club with Tennis Courts or the Valley of Pools and of course the multiple restaurants at each of these locations, or of course just to cruise around and enjoy the beauty of Zimbali.

Cancellation policy:

  • No show or cancellation within 2 weeks (14 days) of stay? No refund due.
  • Cancellation between 2 weeks (14 days) and 6 weeks (42 days) before stay ? 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation more than 6 weeks (42 days) before stay ? full refund.

Reservation T&Cs:

  • Please note that a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
  • The balance (50% PLUS 20% Breakage/key deposit = 70%) is payable 6 weeks prior to occupation.
  • If the booking is made within 6 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount (120%) is due and payable.
  • Check in after 14h00, check out before 10h00.

The speed limit on the estate is 25km/hr and pedestrians, children, golf carts, and wild animals have right of way at all times. Please note that traffic enforcement takes place on all roads within the estate.

Underage driving of any motor vehicle or golf cart is strictly prohibited. Only holders of a valid driver's license issued under the provisions of the Road Traffic Act shall be permitted to drive vehicles, including golf carts, within the estate. Kindly ensure that you are in possession of a valid driver's license prior to driving any motor vehicle or golf cart anywhere on the estate. When driving with a learner's license, such individuals must strictly be accompanied by a person with a valid driver's license.

Tailgating (the improper use of an access device to allow a vehicle or golf cart to enter or exit the estate or internal booms within the estate) is a serious offence. The access device issued to you may strictly not be used by any other person.

Monkeys are wild and potentially dangerous animals. The feeding of monkeys is strictly prohibited.

Music and noise levels must, at all times, be unobtrusive and contained within reasonable levels so as not to create a disturbance or nuisance to fellow residents. Please respect the rights and privacy of others at all times.

No pets of any nature will be permitted on the estate.

Firearms and fireworks are banned at all times in order to protect the estate's animal and bird life.

Disregarding any of the above rules may lead to a fine being imposed.
