The Building Control Checklist will assist Sales Agents and Members who are engaged in the process of selling or letting property as to the requirements that need to be compiled to prior to transfer of the property taking place.

The Architecture within Zimbali Coastal Resort is one that is sympathetic to nature thereby encompassing elements of the Tropical Asian Vernacular theme.
Zimbali does not have an “Architectural Style” but we have embodied an Architectural Language and Code.

The Architecture of Zimbali is divided into two distinct codes namely Golf and Forest Architectural Design Codes. Members are requested o familiarize themselves with the relevant code applicable to their property prior to proceeding with the design of their dwellings.

All persons not employed with ZEMA but render a Service to Zimbali Coastal Resort are deemed to be “Contractors”. Generally “Contractors” providing as service are categorized into three Categories namely Professionals, Main Building Contractors and Building Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
